Atlanta Communities

Welcome to our Atlanta Communities page. Here you can learn more about the most popular Atlanta communities or Atlanta suburbs, if you prefer. And as some would refer to it as OTP (Outside the Perimeter).  Atlanta has taken on a real shift toward intown living over the past couple decades, but that certainly hasn’t slowed the pace of growth in other metro Atlanta suburbs.

The allure of living OTP is more space, more greenspace, strong public school systems, proximity to work, family-friendly neighborhoods with lots of amenities (such as swimming pools and tennis courts) and larger homes for their money.  For many in Atlanta it is a balancing act between finding a reasonable commute with the lifestyle they prefer. The good thing is that Atlanta suburbs do not lack in great local restaurants, community events and affluent shopping districts.

Each Atlanta community or suburb has a different feel, vibe and different things to offer you. Working with our team, we’ll conduct an in-depth assessment of your ideal home to identify the best Atlanta suburb that fits your needs and then the best homes within that community.

Select any of the Atlanta communities below to learn more about each community and to see homes currently for sale. To simplify matters, we have grouped the communities by geographic location.
