Just like food trucks, outdoor movies have become all the rage. They’re both lots of fun, but the advantage of outdoor movies is that they are usually free! Nothing says summertime like watching your favorite movie under the stars and in the glow of the Atlanta skyline! The 2016 season of Movies in Central Park kicks off May 19, 2016 with their best lineup yet!

Movies in Central Park runs every Thursday evening, May 19-July 28, 2016 in Atlantic Station! The film begins promptly at dusk, but you’ll want to get to Central Park a little early to get a good seat! Blankets and chairs are allowed. Watch for signs pointing to the designated seating sections for either!

Feel free to make this the ultimate picnic by bringing your own grub or grabbing food from your favorite Atlantic Station restaurant beforehand!

Each movie is family-friendly, but we ask those with youngsters to make sure your little movie fans behave respectfully to the moviegoers around! (During the movie, toys and horseplay are not encouraged.)

In the case of inclement weather, follow @AtlanticStation on all social media channels for an announcement regarding that night’s screening.

For all other questions, please reach out to their friendly Concierge at (404) 410-4010. See you at the movies!
