Hopefully you’ve recovered from all the fabulous Atlanta Mother’s Day Weekend Events last week because there are plenty more top Atlanta events and festivals to enjoy this weekend, May 13th to the 15th. Here are this weekend’s top Atlanta events to check out.

The 2016 Roswell Cycling Festival presented by Roswell Bicycles  include a variety of activities for the entire family over multiple days. The 2016 Roswell Cycling Festival will feature off-road bicycle events to compliment the road races, which attract top male, female and junior cyclists from across the United States culminating on May 15th with the Roswell Bicycles-Scott Mayor’s Ride, Hennessy Roswell Criterium and Craft Beer Festival, the Historic Roswell Kiwanis Kid’s Bicycle Safety Rodeo, and Kid’s Criterium Race.

DeKalb-Peachtree Airport in Chamblee invites you to the 2016 Good Neighbor Day Airshow and Open House on Saturday, May 14th from Noon-5pm. There is no admission fee to the 2016 Good Neighbor Day Airshow. Family fun activities inlcude Jump ‘N Slide, Large Inflatables, Sand Castles, WSB Radio Giveaways, Samber’s Famous Funnel Cakes, Face Painting, Whacky Hair…and lots more!!

Best of all, admission is free. The 14th annual Kirkwood Spring Fling festival is from 10am – 8pm on Saturday, May 14, 2016 and the Tour of Homes is on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6pm.

The inaugural Food That Rocks, a Celebration of Sandy Springs, is set for Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 7pm – 11pm. For one night only, more than 20 of the best local restaurants will be rocking the big tent in Hammond Park, in the heart of Sandy Springs.  This all-inclusive festival will provide food, wine, beer and cocktail tastes from local mixologists, local musicians and benefit Sandy Springs-based charities Second Helpings, Ian’s Friends Foundation and the Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance.

B at the Movies 2016, an annual series of FREE family outdoor movies on Saturday nights from May through August. Bring the family, your blanket or beach chair and relax under the stars as we present fun, family films on the giant 45’ screen. B at the Movies 2016 kicks off on Saturday, May 14, 2016 in Lawrenceville.

The 2016 Decatur Cinco de Mayo 5K & Beer Mile will make for a fun day in Decatur on May 14, 2016. The 2016 Decatur Cinco de Mayo 5k run/walk starts at 8:30AM at Matador Cantina in Oakhurst.

The 39th Annual Atlanta Jazz Festival is presented by the City of Atlanta Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs. The mission of the Atlanta Jazz Festival is to educate and entertain a diverse audience of jazz fans and to nurture the next generation of jazz musicians.  There will be 31 Days of Jazz in May.

Certainly a lot to consider when choosing which of the top Atlanta events to check out this weekend. But don’t overdo yourself, as the last two weekends in May are always huge.
